But did you know there are a few simple things you can do before your cleaner arrives to make the service even more efficient and effective?

Whether you're booked in for a general clean, a deep clean or a bond clean with Pure Eco Clean, here's a handy checklist to help you prepare your space and get the most out of your clean.

1. Declutter the Surfaces

We don't mean a full KonMari job - just a quick tidy-up of benches, bathroom counters, desks and floors. The less clutter we need to move around, the more time we can spend on actually cleaning. Bonus points if you do a quick toy or laundry pickup!

2. Secure Pets and Communicate Their Needs

We're big animal lovers here, but to keep your pets safe and our cleaners focused, we recommend keeping pets in a separate area or letting us know the best way to work around them. If they're anxious around strangers, a heads-up always helps!

3. Make Sure We've Got Access

If you won't be home, make sure we've got a way to get in! Whether it's leaving a key, arranging a code, or coordinating with your property manager, double-check that access is sorted so we can get started on time.

4. Point Out Any Trouble Spots

Sticky bathroom tiles? Mystery mark on the wall? Let us know before we get started so we can give those areas a little extra TLC. You can pop us a text or leave a quick note. We'll take it from there.
